RETURN POLICY: 

Defective and Damaged Goods

Defective and damaged goods must be reported to the seller within 3 days of receipt by the customer.  This can be done via telephone or email . A return goods authorization number must be obtained from the seller by the customer prior to returning any merchandise and must be marked on the return package. The seller, at their discretion, will issue a store credit or replace the defective/ damaged goods. All shipping costs to return and re-ship defective/ damaged goods will be born by the seller.

 

Other Returns

The return of goods for any reason other than as noted above, is at the discretion of the seller and requires a return goods authorization number as that for defective/ damaged goods. All shipping costs related to returns other than for defective/ damaged goods shall be born by the customer.

 

Sale Items

All transactions involving goods on sale are final and the goods are not returnable.

Under no circumstances will your personal information be made available to any party not involved with your order.
